Accenture förvärvar Sentor och stärker erbjudandet inom cybersäkerhet

Stockholm, Sverige; 29 juni, 2021 – Accenture har förvärvat svenska Sentor, en oberoende leverantör av tjänster inom cybersäkerhet och managed security services (MSS). De ekonomiska villkoren kring förvärvet offentliggjordes inte.

Sentor grundades 1998 och har huvudkontor i Stockholm samt filialer i Gävle och Malmö. Företagets erbjudande inkluderar rådgivningstjänster, säkerhetstester, detektering och incidentresponsfunktioner, allt drivet genom ett ”security operations center” i Stockholm. Sentor arbetar med kunder inom en rad olika branscher, såsom finans, försäkring, tillverkande industri och detaljhandel.

Sentor, som har cirka 80 medarbetare, kommer att ingå i affärsområdet Accenture Security. De blir en del av och kompletterar Accentures befintliga kapacitet och lokala resurser, i syfte att tillgodose ökad efterfrågan på cybersäkerhetslösningar och support på lokal nivå.

Regeringen ger en särskild utredare i uppdrag att se över lantmäterimyndigheternas organisering

Regeringen tillsätter en utredning som ska se över lantmäterimyndigheternas organi­sering. Syfte är att förbättra myndigheternas förutsättningar att bedriva en effektiv, enhetlig och rättssäker fastighets­bildning i hela landet.

– För att åstadkomma en effektiv och rättssäker fastighetsbildningsverksamhet i hela landet är det viktigt att det finns en organisation som främjar en sådan verksamhet. Regeringen bedömer därför att det behövs en översyn av lantmäterimyndigheternas organisering, säger infrastruktur- och bostadsminister Andreas Carlson.

Fastighetsbildning är myndighetsutövning där nya fastigheter bildas, fastighetsgränser ändras och rättigheter som till exempel servitut skapas. För en effektiv samhällsbyggnadsprocess är det viktigt att vi har en välfungerande fastighetsbildningsverksamhet.

I syfte att förbättra förutsättningarna för både den statliga myndigheten Lantmäteriet och de kommunala lantmäterimyndigheterna att bedriva en effektiv, enhetlig och rättssäker fastighetsbildning tillsätter regeringen en utredning.

Utredaren ska bland annat föreslå en tydlig och mer ändamålsenlig ansvarsfördelning mellan Lantmäteriet och de kommunala lantmäterimyndigheterna, vilka krav som ska gälla för att få bilda en kommunal lantmäterimyndighet och överväga om kommuner ska tillåtas inrätta kommunala lantmäterimyndigheter i samverkan.

Uppdraget ska redovisas senast den 1 oktober 2025.
