The District Court of Gothenburg has approved the application for reconstruction submitted by AGN Haga AB on the 22nd of May 2023.
This means that the reconstruction-process will now begin, and a court hearing is scheduled at the District Court in Gothenburg 9.30, June 19th, 2023.
In January 2023 AGN Haga was terminated by Trafikverket on the E04 Haga section but is still responsible for the construction of the E03 Kvarnberget section.
With the now approved application for reconstruction AGN is confident that there should be sufficient time at hand for constructive dialogue with Trafikverket and all other concerned parties to deal with the financial situation following Trafikverkets termination of the contract E04 Haga.
Meanwhile the daily business will continue in E03 Kvarnberget section where steady progress is made.
