Eyeon Group AB enters into an agreement with a local telecom operator in the Nordic region regarding resale of EyeonGroup’s ID protection service as a white-label product to the operator’s customer base in the operator’s local market.
The agreement further expands EyeonGroup’s reseller network with an additional telecom operator. The parties will begin project implementation, and the launch to the operator’s consumer market is planned for Q1 2025.
The agreement is initially for one year, with automatic 12-month renewals unless either party chooses to terminate the agreement. The minimum contract value amounts to 24 000 EUR per year, with an implementation fee of 15 000 EUR. There is potential for gradually higher revenues depending on how many end-users subscribe to the service. The agreement will generate revenue from the start.
