HIGHLIGHTS
- Rebellions nettoomsättning uppgick till MSEK 1 020 med en EBITA marginal om 17% (R12 Proforma).
- Rebellions kassaflöde från den löpande verksamheten uppgick till MSEK 150 under 2023.
- Poster av engångskaraktär bidrog med MSEK 15 till resultatet.
FJÄRDE KVARTALET (1 OKTOBER – 31 DECEMBER 2023)
- Nettoomsättningen var MSEK 263,7 (252,8).
- EBITA uppgick till MSEK 73,1 (21,6), vilket motsvarar en marginal på 27,7% (8,5).
- Periodens resultat var MSEK 23,3 (-11,3).
- Kassaflöde från den löpande verksamheten uppgick till MSEK 78,2 (14,5).
TOLV MÅNADER (1 JANUARI – 31 DECEMBER)
- Nettoomsättningen uppgick till MSEK 995,5 (700,9).
- EBITA var MSEK 170,2 (107,5), vilket motsvarar en marginal på 17,1% (15,3).
- Periodens resultat var MSEK 23,6 (19,4).
- Kassaflöde från den löpande verksamheten uppgick till MSEK 149,8 (55,9).

- Net sales were MSEK 263.7 (252.8).
- EBITA amounted to MSEK 73.1 (21.6), which corresponds to a margin of 27.7% (8.5).
- The result for the period was MSEK 23.3 (-11.3).
- Cash flow from operating activities amounted to MSEK 78.2 (14.5).
TWELVE MONTHS (JANUARY 1 – DECEMBER 31, 2023)
- Net sales amounted to MSEK 995.5 (700.9).
- EBITA was MSEK 170.2 (107.5), which corresponds to a margin of 17.1% (15.3).
- The result for the period was MSEK 23.6 (19.4).
- Cash flow from operating activities amounted to MSEK 149.8 (55.9).
