The board of Nexam Chemical Holding AB has appointed Ronnie Törnqvist as the new CEO. Ronnie, who was on the board of Nexam Chemical in 2019-2021, has worked as an advisor for the company for the past six months. The former CEO of Nexam Chemical, Johan Arvidsson, is leaving the group at the same time.
Ronnie Törnqvist is an experienced CEO who has successfully led, among others, Klippan Safety AB, CalixKlippan AB, Autoform Group and most recently Vilokan Group. Just over a year ago, he started his own consulting business, which led him to a strategic assignment for the sales organization within Nexam Chemical.
Ronnie holds a PhD in Polymer and Composites Technology from EPFL in Lausanne, Switzerland.

My primary focus now is to, together with the management and other employees, develop Nexam Chemical to the potential that the company has, says Ronnie Törnqvist.
