Svalner Atlas Group expands Transaction Services in the Nordics

Svalner Atlas Group is thrilled to announce the expansion of its service offering to include a fully integrated suite of financial, tax, and advisory services for transactions and corporate restructuring. This marks a significant milestone as Svalner Atlas Group becomes the first independent firm outside of the Big Four to provide such a comprehensive solution in the Nordics.

To spearhead this growth, Juha Lösönen joins the group’s Finnish representative Alder as partner to lead the Transaction Services practice, effective as of August 12 2024. Juha brings a wealth of experience from Big Four as well as from various in-house finance roles.

Juha is excited to contribute to Alder´s and Svalner Atlas Group´s expansion in the domestic and Nordic markets.

Absolicon offentliggör utfall i företrädesemission 2024

Absolicon Solar Collector AB (”Bolaget” eller ”Absolicon”) meddelar idag utfallet i genomförd företrädesemission om cirka 19 MSEK. Det slutliga utfallet visar att Företrädesemissionen har tecknats till cirka 9,4 MSEK, motsvarande en teckningsgrad om cirka 48 procent.

Absolicons företrädesemission som pågick 28 oktober – 13 november 2024 tecknades till totalt 9 382 810 kr vilket motsvarar en teckningsgrad om 48,4 procent av det beslutade emissionsbeloppet om 19 380 790 kr MSEK.

För varje innehavd aktie, oavsett aktieslag, på avstämningsdagen den 23 oktober 2024 erhölls två (2) teckningsrätter. Tre (3) teckningsrätter gav rätt att teckna en (1) ny B-aktie till teckningskursen 5 kr per B-aktie. Totalt har 1 697 886 aktier tecknats med stöd av teckningsrätter och 178 676 aktier utan teckningsrätter.

Vid registreringen hos Bolagsverket kommer aktiekapitalet att ökas med 1 876 562 kr, från 5 814 238 kr till 7 690 800 kr. Antalet aktier kommer att ökas med 1 876 562 aktier, från 5 814 238 aktier till 7 690 800 st. De nyemitterade aktierna kommer att utgöra 24,4% procent av samtliga aktier.

Absolicon kommer att tillföras ca 8,7 MSEK efter emissionskostnader om ca 0,7 MSEK. Emissionskostnaderna motsvarar ca 7 procent av totalt tecknat belopp. Ingen del av emissionen tecknades av garanter.

Styrelsen kommer att sammanträda för att besluta om tilldelning i enlighet med emissionsmemorandumet senast den 17/11 2024.

Handel pågår både i Absolicons ordinarie aktie (ABSL B) och i betalda tecknade aktier (ABSL BTA B) fram till dess att emissionen registrerats, varvid betalda tecknade aktier omvandlas till ordinarie aktier. Registreringen av emissionen beräknas ta 3 till 4 veckor.
