Atlas Copco introducerar tryckluftfilter med revolutionerande teknik som ökar produktiviteten och minskar driftkostnaderna

Nya filterlösningar från Atlas Copco är designade för att revolutionera produktionssystem där tryckluft är en integrerad del. Atlas Copcos nästa generation luftfilter i serierna UD +, DD + / PD +, DDp + / PDp + och QD + levereras nu med den banbrytande inPASS ™ -tekniken som förenklar underhållet och sänker kostnaderna. De nya produkterna ger också kunderna möjlighet att välja mellan avancerade filtermedier för att matcha specifika krav på luftkvalitet.

Filtrering är en avgörande process i ett tryckluftssystem. Obehandlad tryckluft kan innehålla föroreningar som kan påverka prestandan hos pneumatiska verktyg och maskiner negativt samtidigt som slutproduktens kvalitet riskerar att försämras. Det är därför som Atlas Copco erbjuder ett komplett sortiment av filter som tar bort även de minsta föroreningarna, från damm till vatten- och oljeånga.

Atlas Copco investerar kontinuerligt i forskning och utveckling av nya filterprodukter. I den nya generationen filter inkluderas flera banbrytande teknologier som har en betydande inverkan på kundernas luftkvalitet och driftkostnader.

Den främsta innovationen är en luftpassage som vi valt att kalla inPASS ™. Vid service av traditionella filter måste hela anläggningen stängas av, eller så måste dyra förbikopplingar med minst tre ventiler installeras. Med inPASS ™ kan luften flöda genom filterhuvudet även då service utförs, något som möjliggör ett byte av filterpatronen utan avbrott i tryckluftflödet. Det betyder att det inte finns något behov att installera extra rör och ventiler runt filtren. Inte heller måste produktionen avbrytas. Resultatet blir att inPASS ™ sänker kostnaderna för installation och service samtidigt som produktiviteten ökar.

För att maximera luftkvaliteten har Atlas Copco utvecklat specialiserade filtreringsmetoder och filtermedia för att hantera specifika föroreningar. Detta inkluderar ett lindat filterelement för våta partiklar, ett veckat element för fasta partiklar och makrostrukturerat aktivt kol för oljeånga. Även centrifugalfilter för att ta bort vattendroppar från luftflödet finns tillgängliga. Resultatet blir att kunderna ges möjlighet att välja den bästa filtreringstekniken för sin produktionsmiljö.

Atlas Copcos nya filter levereras också med en användarvänlig serviceindikator som visar driftstimmar, differentialtryck och underhållsstatus. Detta gör det möjligt för användare att planera underhållet och på så vis maximera livslängden på sina filter. Det finns också en varningsindikator på filterhuvudet som kan anslutas till en fjärrövervakningsenhet.

De nya filtren i Atlas Copcos serie UD +, DD + / PD +, DDp + / PDp + och QD + finns tillgängliga på den svenska marknaden from och med den 19 juli 2021.

Lyckegård Group AB (publ) genomför villkorad överlåtelse av aktier i Lyckegård Soil & Seed AB

Lyckegård Group AB (publ), org.nr 556757-7597, (”Lyckegård” eller ”Bolaget”) har idag genomfört överlåtelse av 80 procent av aktierna i Lyckegård Soil & Seed AB, org.nr 556136-8035, (jämte andelarna i dess dotterföretag Lyckegård Finland Oy AB, FO-nr 2603583-4).

 

Som kommunicerats genom pressmeddelande den 13 mars 2024 har Lyckegård ingått ett avtal varigenom Bolaget överlåter 80 procent av aktierna i Lyckegård Soil & Seed AB (jämte andelarna i dess dotterföretag Lyckegård Finland Oy AB). Avtalet villkorades bland annat av att överlåtelsen godkändes genom beslut vid extra bolagsstämma i Bolaget. Sedan det vid en extra bolagsstämma i Bolaget den 28 mars 2024 fattades beslut att godkänna överlåtelsen har Bolaget och köparna konstaterat att samtliga villkor för överlåtelsen är uppfyllda. Lyckegård har frånträtt och köparna har tillträtt aktierna den 28 mars 2024.
